Terms and conditions.

By hiring me as a freelancer, you agree to these terms and conditions:

  • I have a discord account available for voice chat, commission discussion and progress posts. Invitation to the discord friendlist is available upon request.
  • To ensure good communication, I will only accept commissions from English and Spanish speakers.
  • I will reject any lewd, NSFW, racist, or any commission I deem inappropriate.
  • Make sure you have the funds before you commission me.
  • Payments are made thru paypal invoicing. No cash/checks.
  • If you have questions about the exact pricing, let me know and I can e-mail you a quote.
  • A good e-mail address will be needed. I use it to send the progress images, quotes, invoices and to ask for feedback.
  • Read and understand all the terms and conditions before commissioning me.
  • Ready to commission me? Please let me know so I can add you to my schedule.
  • I add people to my schedule on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please be clear on how you want to use the commissioned piece: commercial/individual, print, web, twitch etc.
  • Please have a clear idea of what you want. This includes colors, characters, poses, art style, fonts, etc. Reference images are very, very welcome.
  • If the commission contains text and you want a specific font, please choose which font you would like me to use from Google Fonts.
  • Sometimes I post finished commissions on my social media and/or website. If you prefer yours to remain private, let me know before hand.
  • Each artwork includes up to 3 revisions/major changes. After those 3 revisions/major changes, every major change will be $20 each and the commission will take longer to complete.
  • Once I reach your scheduled time, I will dedicate about a week to work on your commission. I aim to finish each commission within that week.
  • If I get no feedback within a month, I will notify you and cancel the commission.
  • If there are more than 5 major commission changes, we are clearly going nowhere. I will notify you and cancel the commission.
  • Smaller commissions take less than a week. More complex commissions can take more than that.
  • I will contact you to show you the progress and to ask if you want to add, change or remove anything from your commission. Answer at you leisure, but the sooner I get feedback, the sooner the commission can be completed.
  • I will send you a paypal invoice by e-mail once the commission is finished and you are happy it. Payment is due immediately.
  • I will send you the final artwork once the full payment has been received.
  • If full payment is not received, I will not send the final artwork and I will not accept any other commission from you until each item commissioned is fully paid for.
  • In the event I cannot finish your commission, I will let you know and we can reschedule.
  • I make sure you get the artwork you wanted, no return or refunds accepted.
  • Do not send money before hand, I will send you a paypal invoice once the commission is completed. Any money received outside of invoices will be considered a donation and no refunds will be given.
  • The 1st time you cancel a commission midway, I will not charge anything you for it. However, the 2nd time you commission something (after canceling once), I will ask 50% of the total payment before starting the commission. If you cancel a 3rd time, I will ask 100% of the total payment before starting the commission. If you cancel a 4th time, I will no longer do commissions for you.
  • Do not use any content from this website for AI, NFTs, reposts, tracing, etc.
  • I know my art is not perfect. If you think you or someone you know can do a better job, please hire them or take a chance to create something yourself.
